Joseph F. Bruegger

Joseph Bruegger (Joe) was born in Burlington, Iowa where he graduated High School. He attended college in Kansas, graduating in 1977 from Kansas State University with a B.S. in Science. He was admitted to the Bar in 1981, after graduation from the University of Texas School of Law at Austin. He is Board Certified in Personal Injury Law and has been certified since 1992. Joe has achieved the highest rating, "av", by Martindale-Hubbell, the definitive U.S. lawyer directory. He has extensive trial experience gained in numerous personal injury cases. Throughout his career, he has always represented injured and bereaved family members in their claims for compensation. After his initial training in a wide variety of plaintiffs’ personal injury cases, for the last twenty years Joe has focused his practice on the representation of victims of various toxic exposures, including asbestos, silica, silicone breast implants, prescription drugs and other toxins.

Joe practices law with his partner Mike McCullough in the firm of Bruegger & McCullough, P.C. Joe is married with three children and lives in Dallas, Texas.
